Housing development site has a water spray in constant use during this dry spell.

Reported in the Roads and Highways category by Gail Squire at 08:20, Mon 23 July 2018

Sent to Rutland County Council 4 hours, 9 minutes later

Much of the water is landing on the road. Although there is no hosepipe ban, common sense would say that this is an antisocial use of water during this prolonged dry weather.

Prolific use of water by a commercial developer, Bloor, during a very prolonged spell of dry weather. Antisocial and a bad example to the community, especially as much of the water is landing on the road.
