Brambles overgrowing footpath, owners intermittent use and never seen.

Reported in the Footway or Footpath category by Nick Appleby at 10:42, Mon 3 September 2018

Sent to Rutland County Council 3 minutes later

6 Coniston Road Edith Weston. Footpath overgrown and worsening with brambles, owners (locally reported as 17 years?) seem to use as occasional second home in Rutland. Hardly ever seen by neighbour, (never by myself knowingly to date). Footpath now impassable for pedestrians, the brambles lacerate any unprotected lower legs. Young children and mothers with buggies in the local area walk to Edith Weston village school and have to use the road to pass the house, sharing the road with cars and commercial traffic servicing the estate.
