The electronic speed sign on Braunston Road is obscurred by branches and is not working

Reported in the Road Signage category by John kennedy at 09:04, Mon 5 November 2018

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

The speed chicanes on Braunston road are encouraging people to speed up to get through them before the on coming car, the electronic sign we have just below Harrington Way is obscured and not working. I thought it was the councils plan to replace this faulty sign with a sign which would alert motorists to their actual speed.
