Overgrown hedges and vegetation narrowing pathway significantly to one person's width.

For months the vegetation along the bypass between Heron Road and Schofield Road has become even more overgrown, to the point now that in places two people cannot pass each other. Visibility is severely restricted by the vegetation, so you cannot see cyclists/pedestrians approaching.
