There is another streetlight out opposite the traffic pinch point on Ashwell Rd east side a few yards (north) from the junction with School Rd, so 2 in a row in that area, very dark.

You asked for location of second failed lamp. Sorry when I said School rd I meant Queens rd.. It is on Ashwell Rd opposite the pinch point with cycle gate. In other words, if coming from north on Ashwell Rd and turning in Queens Road, it's the last lamp on the left.
