Large amounts of cakes in mud along The Wisp from farmers loading patatoes into lorries

Reported in the Roads and Highways category anonymously at 03:55, Friday 11 January 2019

Sent to Rutland County Council 4 minutes later

The farmer in the adjacent fields has been loading tens of HGV lorries up with what I assume are potatoes over the past few weeks. The wagons have been going in the field and dragging mud all along The Wisp. This is a very high speed road and the mud is freezing and slippery. A road sweeper is required.
