New Keep Left bollard has been knocked out of the ground by an inch or two.

Bpllard has only been up a week and it's already damaged. If you look at the photo you can see that the bottom of the bollard is now a few inches higher than the tarmac (it wasn'y when fitted) and the bollard has been swivelled on its axis.
