On the corner of Queens road,. a piece of the kerb is missing, also uneven.

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later
I caught my foot in the piece of kerb that is missing, and I fell flat on my face, I've not really noticed how long it has seen like that, but it has been a while. My 2 front denture teeth broke off, and I hurt one of my original teeth, badly grazed and bruised knee, blood was pouring out of my mouth, I had to have 3 stitches inside upper lip, I was going in and out of consciousness
