Very hard emerging out of Hectors Way onto Cold Overton rd

Restricted visibility due to hedge both to left and right emerging out of hectors way. Not helped by parked cars oppositethe junction on Cold Overton rd which means you are head on to traffic if going into town or traffic coming down the hill is close to the junction already on wrong side of rd had a few near misses already as drivers not observing 20 mph either
