Village Hall boundary wall has collapsed onto the new tarmac after council contractors resurfaced the footpath.

Council contractors have been resurfacing the footpath by Seaton Village Hall over the past two days. The digging and compacting the tarmac undermined the boundary wall. It has now collapsed onto the newly resurfaced path.
