Shoddy repairs to roadway by council employees / contractors

Reported in the Roads and Highways category anonymously at 13:36, Sunday 23 June 2019

Sent to Rutland County Council 3 minutes later

Fix my street properly - after several years of complaining it seems the Council finally decided to come repair several potholes in Greenfield Road Oakham. That was great, but unfortunately the repair has been executed very poorly and is unlikely to last long. The repair appears to have been carried out by simply raking tarmac into each pothole - no attempt to roll it flat and failure to clean up properly. I would ask the Council to please come back to Greenfield Road without delay and remedy the poor repairs.
