Path reduced to half width by foliage/hedge cuttings

Reported in the Footway or Footpath category anonymously at 19:38, Tuesday 25 June 2019

Sent to Rutland County Council 2 minutes later

Path has been reduced to half of its original width as hedges weren't previously cut back regularly. This is the main walking/cy ling link between residential estates and Co-op superstore. Pedestrians and cyclists forced to move onto grass to pass each other, especially with pushchairs or mobility scooters. Detritus just needs scraping back to kerb line adjacent to hedge to reveal the rest of the tarmac footpath.
