Overgrown hedge, obstructing the busy pathway

Reported in the Trees or Vegetation category anonymously at 22:28, Monday 1 July 2019

This hedge has caused me great difficulty when pushing my mother in her wheelchair. The path is so narrow now and with a person walking the other way, Last week my grandmother nearly fell out of her wheelchair as it tipped over down the kerb onto the road. The hedge also gets you very wet (after raining) when you brush against it which you do when you cross paths with people. This hedge is the boundary to No9 South street around onto crown street, you can see how far the hedge has grown on to the pavement just by the lamp post. This hedge has been a ongoing issue for years now and is getting worse. I feel cutting this back to the boundary to give a clear pathway would not only help us but benefit the whole community that uses the Path.
