Overgrown hedges making it difficult and dangerous for pedestrians
Reported in the Trees or Vegetation category anonymously at 17:21, Thu 4 July 2019
Sent to Rutland County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1684880.
The hedge that runs along the pavement at the narrowest part and on a fast corner is now so overgrown that pedestrians are having to step out into to road to avoid it. It is on a blind corner and is very dangerous. RCC offices closed at the time of writing hence reporting via website. Beyond the garden centre up to the A47 also very overgrown and difficult to pass - not cut so far this year I believe.

17/7/19. Going from bad to worse. Path is now 50% narrower than it was this time last year as the hedge and hedgerow continue to overgrow the pavement. Try walking a dog or pushing a pushchair past it. Or try passing another person coming in the opposite direction. What are we paying excessive council taxes for again?
