Lamppost reversed into and 60degree list over public footpath with visible
Reported in the Street Lighting category anonymously at 12:03, Mon 29 July 2019
Sent to Rutland County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1712105.
This looks as though some large vehicle has reversed into the lamppost while trying to negotiate a 180degree turn to get out of the care village. It could be waste collectors, ambulance, delivery, removal lorry all of which have been on site over the weekend. It now has a distinct 60degree list over the public foot path and towards our house which is less than 2metres from the base of the lamp post. The path way is used frequently during the day and at night often by those the worse for drink and could be a temptation to lark about to wiggle and push it to make it fall further and potential destroy our property or even worse causing injury to property owners or pedestrians.
