Overhanging and intruding brambles/ivy

The footpath between St Albans Close and Stamford Road has a lot of low overhanging brambles/ivy increasingly making easy passage more difficult. Also an overhanging tree of which the branches are below head height .This is a well used route and is becoming hazardous.
