Vegetation overhanging footpath

It is now the third instance where this obstruction has been reported - still no action. Children are now back at nearby schools, using this footpath where there is overhanging very prickly growth. Position is opposite the Vicarage in Vicarage Road, Oakham.

This may be a new complaint. Firstly I would point out the area from the ‘canal’ opening in Burley Park Way to Schofield Road on the left, then into Schofield Road, the trees and shrubs are so overgrown you cannot see the railings and the width of the pavement is reduced. In the canal itself us an old bicycle and a tree which has uprooted and is full length across the water.
