The verge along Station Road has been missed all season and is overgrown particularly on the far side up to the hedgeline.

The contractor has missed cutting this length repeatedly. on both sides of the path. The path runs down the centre of the verge and the vegetation on the hedge-side now thistle/nettle/bramble and elder. The thistles and brambles have encroached over the path. The elder seedlings are numerous and run to a height of 2-2.25 m with a trunk diameter of c2cm.
