Cracked tarmac and overgrowing weeds

Tibba Way Ryhall as well as around the village sides of the pathways and roads are over gorwn with weeds, along tibba way there are huge gulleys of missing tarmac, weeds coming through like no ones business. some have got to be 50cm tall if not more. all the way along the road, looks so un tidy. we shouldn't have to maintain these ourselves surely, tarmac needs sorting and weeds clearing on a regular
