Sent to Rutland County Council 3 minutes later
Blocked drains and kerbside gravel, plants and debris cause rain water to run across the road in a river causing cars to aquaplane too easily. The drains on the left as you drive from Essendine to Ryhall are the ones causing the problem. 2 more accidents there this last week now that the autumn rains have started caused by aquaplaning triggered by the river across the road.
