Sent to Rutland County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1813099.

Please see videos of the flooding problem at lunchtime on 26 October 2019 after heavy rainfall.
Earlier in the week Severn Trent Water had been called to inspect the issue in case of a water mains burst. Water could be heard from the manhole in the middle of the road. There had been no rain yet water was coming up from the gully on Church Lane and ponding on the road as per the earlier photo.
