This leak has been there for at least 3 years. This picture was taken before the recent rain, water was bubbling up.Its now even eorse
Have reported numerous times to water company, they have dug up and suggest it's an underground spring!
I've reported again to Anglia Water.

Thank you for your report. The Highways Officer has been out to inspect the site unfortunately due to the heavy rain we are experiencing they were unable to identify the leak. It has been scheduled for a follow up inspection once the rain has ceased.
