Footpath often obstructed by cars
Reported in the Footway or Footpath category anonymously at 10:24, Tue 5 November 2019
Sent to Rutland County Council 1 minute later
Cars often park completely on the footpath outside 13 and 15 Stud Road, which is also directly opposite the entrance to Racecourse Road. This makes it very difficult for pedestrians to stay safe, awkward for wheelchairs who have to come on to the road because the footpath is blocked PLUS it makes it very difficult to come in and out of Racecourse Road by car, as well as travel along Stud Road. Is it not illegal to park on footpath and also illegal to park in front of a junction?

There are no restrictions to be able to civilly enforce. Residents should speak to parish if public highway or to landowner if private.
