Deep tractor tyre ruts

Sent to Rutland County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1855683.
I would like to report/complain about the condition that the Bridle-path has been left in after hedge cutting has taken place a few days ago. Not only have there been deep tracks made by the tractor tyres but branches (some large) have been left covering the path. I have moved some to the side and I notice that someone else had done the same.
The deep ruts left by the tractor tyres are dangerous and not only a hazard to horse riders but to those who use the footpath for dog walking etc.
There is very little flat surface now to walk on as the the deep tyre ruts have taken over the whole of the walking area in most places and where there is overlap there are grooves as deep as 3 - 4 inches deep. I cannot imagine that they will even themselves out over time.
My concern is that should these deep grooves be allowed to compact, it will become unusable now and in the future. If grass grows over them in the summer months then it will be a potential hazard for walkers and horse riders. In the winter likewise if covered in snow and frost.
It saddens me that only a few days ago this Bridle-path was a beautiful place to walk the dogs and is now a churned up mess that is difficult to walk along. (I have already gone over on my ankle).
I use that path everyday as there are so precious few off road areas around here to walk along safely so I hope that you will be able to help remedy the situation and bring the path back to the attractive usable area it once was.
