Lamp not functioning correctly

Sent to Rutland County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1863035.
Dangerous lighting as is it comes on momentarily before going out. Light has gradually been getting worse and is now off longer than it is on. Lamp is located between houses 19 and 20.

As stated in drop down box. This is the number and RUTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL sticker on the lamp post mentioned as not functioning correctly.

Thank you for your update and the image. We have checked the adopted layer and Mallard Court is not maintained by Rutland County Council. This Rutland Council sticker belongs on the lamppost on Malvern Walk, outside number 21. The streetlight would need to be reported to the developer of the area.
