Sent to Rutland County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1864478.
On Wytchley Warren Lane heading east towards the junction with Empingham Road. just prior to Top Cottages. Lorries are delivering Chicken poo to the farmer who owns these fields to use as fertilizer. On a regular basis all summer there is mud left all over the road where large vehicles and sometime a large jcb digger go in and out of the field loading and unloading. The lorries are also damaging the verges pulling more mud onto the road and destroying the verges. The mud is never cleared up when the digger isn't there. Now the weather is wet it is causing a very dangerous muddy and slippery road surface and as the temperature drops if the mud freeze it will be very dangerous.
