Obstruction for footway users following insertion of boundary fence.

The owners of the Osteopath Clinic has recently inserted a chain fence on the boundary of its car park, with the result that access to the footpath in front of the clinic has been impaired, particularly for prams and mobility scooters. The kerb at this location needs dropping to facilitate access.
