  • Thank you for your report. We have had a large number of drainage issues this financial year and have now had to prioritise works on main carriageways with high speed, and areas where properties are flooding. Therefore at this time, we are unable to financially support potential required works to resolve this issue, from this year’s budget. With respect to the road surface; the highways inspector for this area has highlighted the area to be added to the patching program in the next financial year. This will of course be subject to budgets and a network prioritisation process. Please be assured that these issues haven’t been overlooked or ignored and whilst this report will now be closed, the monitoring of the issues will continue.
