Repeated abusive graffiti on nameplate

Reported via iOS in the Street Name Plate category by Alan Walters at 11:28, Thursday 2 January 2020

Sent to Rutland County Council 3 minutes later

The marker for Long Row is regukarly a used to words such as Bonk Row or Bong Rod and is currently defaced causing serious reputations damage. This needs to be timoved completely and a new road name placed much higher in the walk so that it cannot be defaced without someone bringing a ladder to do it
