Footpath between Greetham and Oakham is in a very bad way
Reported in the Footway or Footpath category anonymously at 07:21, Mon 1 June 2020
Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2136777.
The footpath between Greetham and Oakham is getting narrower by the year. It needs to be reinstated and the vegetation should be cleared offs the footpath so that kerbstones on either side of the footpath are exposed. The hedges and brambles need cutting back and the footpath opposite the recycling centre in Cottesmore is completely covered in lose grit creating a dangerous slipping hazard when cycling. i would love to cycle regularly to Oakham but it is increasingly becoming an obstacle course.
