Stop valve covers left proud of surface - trip hazard

Reported in the Footway or Footpath category anonymously at 08:13, Monday 6 July 2020

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

Two stop valve covers have been incorrectly replaced (or perhaps broken) and are sticking up above the footpath surface, causing a trip hazard at the St Alban's Close end of the enclosed footway that runs to Stamford Road. N.B. Uneven surface seemed to be the nearest option on the drop down menu.
