Untreated weeds on a 120m section of Hall Close, Whissendine.

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

Sorry ... I have no idea how to attach photos ... On May 20th, early morning, 2 men appeared to be treating weeds opposite No 29 Hall Close, Whissendine. They appeared to both be working on the same side of road and I believe that’s when our side of the road was missed and the weeds were untreated. I reported this weed problem online to RCC on June 4th, rang and complained 10 days later, heard nothing, so then went online again on June 24th to complain and remind your people that I expected some sort of response, namely an acknowledgement! And still absolutely no response from anyone. Please note I have retained details of what I wrote. Some of the knee high weeds have recently been pulled up by residents but with elderly people living at both No. 27 and 25, weeds remain untouched. In both 2018 and 2019, I had a number of phone conversations with a lady at RCC as the contractors had repeatedly failed to sort out a similar weed problem. Hopefully I will get some sort of response this time. Thanks.
