Hello, my report has been closed but I want to know if the graffiti had been removed? I am a little concerned that the case was closed just 2 hours 25 mins after it was reported, and hoping that this just means it was dealt with immediately. I would check myself but I am away at the moment. Thank you

The response to this and lack of urgency is totally unacceptable. You would have allowed this act of racism to remain visible to the public including black families for 7 weeks, had I not escalated the issue further in RCC who passed it with urgency to OTC and was immediately removed. Yet issues like blocked drains and potholes were responded to within 24 hours. Hugely problematic and highly frustrating, issues like hate incidents should be handled as high priority.
