I am not sure why this post has been closed - the defect has not been repaired, and the footpath is on the SKDC side of the border, which follows the river, The matter was originally reported to Rutland County Council, who replied that the defective step was not within Rutland CC and suggested reporting to you. Please can you look into this matter again, and arrange a repair.
