Insufficient space putting pedestrians as risk.

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2297600.
I posted a similar complaint on 4th August about the layout of Oakham market and the risk to pedestrians. To be honest the market made a slight adjustment to their position near to the main road but this is still really unacceptable.
I have attached some photos that I took this Saturday sowing the situation hasn't really changed. There is only enough space for two people to walk together There is np room to two people to pass with 2m gap between The plants and stalls encourage people to move out into the road to pass It is only a matter of time before someone is injured not to mention the lack of attention given to social distancing that seems to have been implemented elsewhere in the town.
I was also disappointed that nobody responded to me when I pointed this out previously.

Hi, I took some more photographs on Saturday. The situation remains unacceptable with insufficient footpath to allow people to pass. Social distancing rules are forcing people right out into the middle of the road and pedestrians are not aware of traffic approaching from behind.
There was at least 5 metres of space between the fish monger/flower stall and the next stalls on the market. There is absolutely no reason why the stall cannot move further down into the market place.
The lines drawn onto the market place indicate the limit of parking and follow the line of the existing pathways. There is no reason why the market cannot follow same footprint and keep everyone much safer.

In these photos I have indicated the current line of the footpaths during the week (in bold red) and the line of the market on market days (dotted line). The latter takes pedestrians on the outside of the taxi rank and the delivery area where vans are reversing. Ironically the sign that states 2m distancing (circled in red in the photos) is hidden by the market stalls on market days and this safe passing distance in not achievable on market days under the current layout.
The market should located behind the line of the normal walkway to keep everyone safe and Covid-compliant.
