Overgrown hedge on the corner is forcing pedestrians onto the road and blocking view

The hedge is overgrown and untrimmed forcing pedestrians out on the road.. the pavement is too narrow there even before the obstruction. It is also obstructs view. It requires maintenance by householder on that corner
