Barbed wire fence considered dangerous

Reported via desktop in the Rights of Way category anonymously at 10:03, Thu 22 October 2020

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

The barbed wire fence that is along side the stretch of the public right of way between the football pitch (the pitch nearer to the Burley Road) and the land to the north, is considered to pose a risk to the public. In addition, between the length of fence referred to above and the Burley Road, there is a stretch where there is also some barbed wire fencing that is not required, as there is some other fencing inside (to the north) of it.
