Thank you for your report. The defect in this case is not with the highways asset but with the Western Power supply. As the supply belongs to Western Power, RCC are unable to rectify the issue with their contractor and have passed this report onto Western Power to rectify.

Western Power visited the street lights 2 weeks ago on Nov 25th. They spent much of the day there, even dug a hole by one.

RCC are unable to rectify this issue so this defect is currently with Western Power. Western Power are aware of the defect and have works planned to rectify the issue. For further updates in relation to the works, please contact Western Power directly on 0800 6783 105.
