Loose man hole, risk to pedestrians and cars
Reported via mobile in the Gully or Manhole category anonymously at 12:57, Wednesday 18 November 2020
Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later
Been like this for months and been reported multiple times.
This enquiry has been closed because it’s been determined that it relates to an un-adopted road. Un-adopted roads do not have to be maintained by the Highway Authority (Rutland County Council) under the Highways Act 1980. A legal duty to maintain these roads still exists, but it falls to the owners of the road to do so. In order to determine whether a road is adopted you can refer to the National Street Gazetteer (FindMyStreet.co.uk).
