Large willow fallen across popular much used public space

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

This tree has been down since mid-summer and with no leaves on it now has become a serious pedestrian hazard with the lower light levels. Already reported via the RCC website but nothing has been done. Please clear it before someone puts an eye out.

The area has been assessed and at present this tree is not presenting unacceptable level of risk. Work will be scheduled on this tree.
