Dangerously parking causing obstructions

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2407547.

Weve had a drive done now neighbour's are parking dangerously and if an ambulance or fire engine was yo cone up it woukd get stuck. Its also getting hard to get off and in the drive ways up here. I have a disabled child and its stress didnt need the while reason I got a drive done was to make it safe but I can't get on and off it very easily. I've messaged highways to get marking done on the floor but this car thats parked is making hard for other people nit just use
