Traffic camera spot light constantly on blinding drivers.

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2428020.
Traffic camera spot light covering pedestrian crossing by Co-op - constantly on, thus blinding drivers travelling into Oakham. The spot light appears to be constantly activated, this is blinding to drivers travelling along Braunston Road past the Co-op in to Oakham, which makes it very difficult to see any pedestrians approaching or actually on the crossing. This poor visibility is exasperated by the fact that the crossing is poorly lit at the best of times & vehicles parked close to the crossing or waiting to turn in to the Co-op car park.
