Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

We have seen this car abandoned on the side of the road it doesn’t have a police aware sticker on it, it’s not been moved for over 3 weeks and is probably stolen and abandoned

The vehicle has been there since at least the start of December and checks show that it has no MOT or Insurance

Still there today 15 Jan 21. Rutland council clearly not bothered about it. Could be full of stolen goods for all we know!
