A resident has contacted me to say she had a nasty fall on 23rd December which required medical treatment. She is still recovering from her fall. Her partner emailed the general RCC enquiries stating that he and his partner believe that the condition of the footway needed repair as this was the cause of the fall. I do not believe it has been logged into FMS. The resident lives at 88, Brooke Road, Oakham. Due to the presence of bungalows for the elderly they feel strongly that the footway should be repaired to prevent further trips and falls.
