Hedge between No.1 Springfield Way and main road needs trimming back as if driving out of Springfield Way, you can't see oncoming traffic from the right and it is a danger when driving out. I have spoken to resident and they say it is the Councils resps

See above. I have spoken to the resident of 1 Springfield way and they say it is the councils responsibility. It is a danger driving out as you can't see cars from the right.
