I have left 4 bags of litter by the bin outside OEP on Ashwell Road. Also want to report builders bag of rubble on grass verge on R of road going from Cottesmore to Ashwell, just after Rocks by Rail. Also another builders bag in gateway on bend on left going from Ashwell to Teigh.
