Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

Have the roadworks on the A1 finished? Road work signs litter the A606 all the way along up until Oakham, loads left in Empingham and Whitwell. Many of the actual signs have been collected or turned and the stands remain, some are laid flat on the verges. If works have finished could these all be collected by Highways England. Thank you.
