Black / dark blue Mazda ref LL65ZTJ persistently parking on emergency run off area to go (?)dog walking People shouldn’t be driving to walk pets and shouldn’t be parking on these “verges” as for emergency run-off only This particular vehicle has been spotted 3 times in the last few days parking here with no regard for other road users
