Four ' Build Base ' builders bags full of sand etc which have been there for at least four months Not known who they belong to and why they are still there. Has RCC given permission for them to be left there? They are taking up a parking space for residents who ive in Dolphin Court and also nearby bungalows. This is causing cars to be parked on the grass etc

Have visited site this morning and the builders bags are still there. A passer by thinks it may be from Todd Terrace round the walk through as there has been for several months building works
