Dangerous cycling on footpath

Reported via desktop in the Footway or Footpath category anonymously at 11:27, Wednesday 21 April 2021

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later

The footpath that connects Edmonton Way with Vicarage Road has become blighted by cycling along the footpath, sometimes at great speed. The path is used extensively by pedestrians with children, mobility scooters, pushchairs and dog walkers - there will be a serious accident. Cyclists seem to be unaware that this is a public footpath and the illegality of cycling thereon. There is need of prominent signage and enforcement.
